1. Payment on your account when you have received a service invoice.
In the "details" field, put your name (or business/website) name, enter the amount you will be paying and click submit. When you get to the payment page, enter the description of what you are paying for. You will receive a confirmation when the payment has been processed and applied to your account.
(Delinquent accounts may require setting up an escrow account to prevent service interruption.)
2. Depositing funds into your Escrow account** . (**read terms below)
• If you are a new customer whose website is still in the creation and development stages, you must prepay for services or create an escrow account with us. You may choose from the amounts below to authorize us to begin services.
• If you are an existing customer whose website requires frequent or time sensitive changes to their website, you must prepay for services or establish an escrow account with us.
• If your website offers enhanced features or site promotion services using 3 party vendors or ecommerce merchants, you must prepay for services or establish an escrow account with us.
• If you are an existing customer who has enjoyed the opportunity of receiving services prior to payment and have been delinquent on paying for invoiced services, you will be required to prepay for any additional services or changes to you website OR you may be required to establish an escrow account with us to prevent service disruptions or termination.
Make sure you add your business or account name in the field provided so you receive credit.

We regret having to take this step, but it seems our focus has been shifted from creating and providing affordable, professional services to trying to collect for services we have provided in good faith. We believe you will understand that this has not been an easy decision for us to make, but the efforts we spend on collections takes away from the services we provide to our customers who were enjoying in good faith, the "get now- pay later" privilege.
